Legacy Church is a multi-campus mega church with thousands of weekly attendees. When I joined staff, they had no large-scale family outreach events or children’s programming beyond weekly services.
My challenge was to create cornerstone events from scratch that would connect with families, inspire community involvement, and establish Legacy as a place of excellence.
Designed and managed all branding, graphics, signage, merchandise, promotional assets, and programming materials.
Directed budgets, payroll, and sponsorship funds to scale the events responsibly and effectively.
Coordinated 100+ volunteers and 50 staff, ensuring safety, quality control, and flawless execution.
Partnered with 20+ food trucks, entertainers, and external vendors to deliver engaging family experiences.
Summer Camp: scaled from 400 → 900+ campers in 3 years, with live entertainment, meal plans, and a water park experience.
Trunk or Treat: launched with 8,000 attendees, grew to 20,000 across 3 locations, becoming one of the largest family events in the region.
Established two cornerstone events that continue to impact thousands annually.
Elevated children’s ministry visibility at the executive level and strengthened Legacy’s position as a mega church known for excellence, creativity, and community impact.
